USAG Competitive Gymnastics (Girls)
Levels 1-5
Our USA Gymnastics (USAG) Competitive Team offers young athletes the opportunity to develop strength, discipline, and confidence while progressing through structured levels of competition.
Level 1: The Bridge to Competitive Gymnastics!
Our Level 1 program is a crucial transitional stage that helps young gymnasts move from developmental classes to the structured world of competitive gymnastics.
Level 2 – Introductory competitive level!
focused on fundamental skills, strength, and technique. Gymnasts begin participating in small, local competitions.
Level 3 – Athletes build on foundational skills!
with more advanced routines on all four events. Competitions are still local but introduce a higher level of performance expectations.
Level 4 – The first compulsory level!
Requiring gymnasts to master set routines on vault, bars, beam, and floor. Competitions become more challenging, preparing gymnasts for higher levels.
Level 5 – The most advanced compulsory level!
Emphasizing precision, strength, and execution. Gymnasts compete at larger meets, fine-tuning their routines before advancing to optional levels.

Q. What age groups do you offer classes for? We offer classes for children as young as 3-5 years old and ages 6-12 in our developmental gymnastics programs. programs are designed to accommodate beginners, intermediate, and advanced gymnasts. We also offer competitive gymnastics and boys’ gymnastics with competitive opportunities.
Q. Where is the gym located? Our gym is located at the Permian High School gymnastics gym, off 42nd Street. Facing the school, locate the flagpoles and the main entrance. Our entrance is in the left corner from the main entrance/flagpoles.
